As competition increases and we have to compete more and more with national companies on price, we have concentrated on increasing the efficiency and range of services and improved the quality of our product instead of cutting it.
Quality assurance
In 2009 we achieved BBA certification and approval on our windows. This ensures that we maintain a strict quality management process and that we carry out on-going tests which enable us to monitor the quality of each stage of production. It also means that all of the components which make up our will have to be BBA approved therefore, meeting the exacting standards.
